Sam was honoured to be awarded an IUPAP Young Scientist Prize in Semiconductors for “pioneering discoveries in the field of perovskite solar cells and optoelectronics through spectroscopy”, which was presented at the recent ICPS conference in Beijing where he also gave a prize plenary lecture.
