In the latest group social we left the lab to reach our inner "ground state", with a calming yoga session together. During the session at the university's sports centre we attempted the sun salutation and left feeling restored and rejuvenated, even if some of the moves were especially challenging for scientists who are used to sitting or standing at optics tables or lab benches!
